The upper is a stretchy, breathable weave that lets water run straight through and dries fast, so you're not walking around in soggy shoes after a swim.

The sole is thin and flexible for that barefoot feel, with a grippy tread that holds on wet rock and sand. A hook-and-loop strap locks the fit so they stay put in the surf.

Our policies

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 5–9 business days depending on your destination. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping cost: Free on orders over $80. Below that, a flat $6.90 is calculated at checkout. Any import duties or taxes, where applicable, are shown before you pay.

We currently ship worldwide. If tracking hasn't updated after 10 business days, contact us and we'll investigate right away.

Returns & Refunds

If you're not happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, in original condition and packaging.

To start a return, email support@cloudstep.store with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label — returns are free. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges for a different size are free. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced at no cost.

We collect only the information needed to process your order — name, shipping address, email and payment details. Payments are handled by PCI-compliant processors; we never store your full card number.
